Parking

  • Free outdoor parking is available for guests of the CATRINA Hotel and CATRINA Lodge.

  • Guests of the CATRINA Resort have an underground parking space included. (Please check in at the front desk beforehand).

  • For CATRINA Hostel guests, the parking garage is available for CHF 5.00 per day (max. CHF 20.00) – please notify the front desk.

Front Desk Hours

  • High Season: 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM

  • Low Season: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I check in?

  • Rooms are available from 3:00 PM.

  • Check-in before 3:00 PM is possible upon request and subject to availability. Please note that this is a non-binding request and cannot be guaranteed.

By what time do I need to check out?

  • We ask that you check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and return your key card to the front desk.

  • We are happy to offer a late checkout until 3:00 p.m. for an additional fee of CHF 50 (subject to availability).

Are there accessible rooms?

  • Yes, accessible apartments and hostel rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are available.

Where can I store my luggage?

  • You are welcome to store your luggage in our lockable luggage room before or after your stay. This service is available free of charge.

Where can I park my bike?

  • You are welcome to park bikes in our bike storage area. Please ask at the front desk for more information.

What are the breakfast hours?

  • Summer: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Winter: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Can meals be booked in addition to the stay?

Yes

  • Breakfast CHF 17.50 per day / CHF 122.50 per week - Children up to 11 years old CHF 8.00 per day / CHF 56.00 per week - Children up to 15 years old CHF 12.00 per day / CHF 56.00 per week

  • Half-board (breakfast and dinner) CHF 52.50 per day / CHF 367.50 per week - Children up to 11 years old: CHF 24.00 per day / CHF 168.00 per week - Children up to 15 years old: CHF 37.00 per day / CHF 259.00 per week

Can I bring my pet?

  • Catrina Resort: The fee for a pet (e.g., dog, cat) is CHF 10 per day. (Pets are only allowed in the Flurina building).

  • Catrina Hotel: The first pet is free; each additional pet is charged CHF 10 per day.

  • Catrina Lodge & Hostel: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.
